A Changing Melody Conference

Save the date for our first “A Changing Melody Conference” to be held September 9, 2010. This conference, which is intended for people with dementia and their care partners, is replicated from the conference of the same name which was held in southern Ontario over the past five years. This year’s conference theme will be “Living Well with Dementia.” Join our guest speakers and discover ways to continue leading a healthy life style while living with, or caring for someone, with dementia. Such topics will include The Healthy Brain, Music Therapy, Spirituality and a personal story from a local caregiver.
